During his speech at the economic forum in Lisbon, Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba invited Portuguese investors to take part in the large-scale privatization in Ukraine, the Foreign Ministry's press service reports.
"I invite you to take part in the large-scale privatization in Ukraine," Kuleba said.
It is noted that the minister told the audience about economic reforms that had been implemented in Ukraine and three key opportunities that Ukraine could provide to Portuguese business and investors. The first one is the abovementioned large-scale privatization.
According to Dmytro Kuleba, the second possibility is digitalization. He noted Portugal's efforts in this area and spoke about Ukraine's current experience and leadership in the development of the digital state.
The third possibility named by the official is the aerospace industry, given the interest in space, which is now growing everywhere.
As we reported earlier, Ukraine expects to receive credit tranches from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) by the end of the year.
