"National Bank of Ukraine denied Reuters’s message that Ukraine signed an updated memorandum with the IMF. The memorandum with the IMF has not yet been signed, but it will be in the coming days", she said.

Note that, according to the agency Interfax-Ukraine, one of the main reasons for the delay in agreeing the text of the memorandum is the question of the anti-corruption court.
