Ukraine and Turkey intend to increase trade to $10 billion, as President of Turkey Recep Erdogan said in a joint briefing with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, broadcasted by 112.UA.
“Today, taking into account the latest events, we decided to increase our trade to $10 billion,” Erdogan said.
The President of Turkey noted that the two countries announced their intention to double or even triple the trade.
The President of Ukraine, in his turn, noted the importance of Turkey as Ukraine’s trade partner: Turkey has entered Top-5 trade partners, and Top-10 investors of Ukraine.
As it was reported earlier, President Petro Poroshenko phrased his hope that Turkey will participate in international group on Crimea de-occupation.
