There's only one way that Ukraine can pay all of its debts before the IMF, World Bank, and other financial authorities. Oksana Prodan, the Ukrainian MP and the member of Petro Poroshenko's Bloc said this during The Pulse show at 112 Ukraine TV channel

'We will be able to pay off all debts, including those before the IMF and the rest of the world - only when we are able to develop our own economy. We should create conditions for production in Ukraine. There aren't any right now. The only way to get rid of the debts is domestic manufacturing,' Prodan said.

Previously, Ukraine and the IMF reached agreement on the stand-by program; it is worth 3.9 billion U.S. dollars and is supposed to replace the EFF program that expires in March 2019.

Ukraine's Financial Ministry expects the IMF Board to approved the new program by late 2018, under the condition that Ukraine lives up to all agreements, including the approval of the 2019 state budget that would meet the Fund's recommendations.
