To date, 22.9 billion hryvnias (814.3 million dollars) have been spent from the Covid-19 Acute Respiratory Disease Response Fund (2.3 billion dollars). This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance.
In particular, 2.3 billion hryvnias (81.7 million dollars) out of 16.3 billion hryvnias (579.6 million dollars) were used for healthcare, 9.1 billion hryvnias (323.6 million dollars) out of UAH 10.6 billion (376.9 million dollars) for social protection, and law enforcement – 2.4 billion hryvnias (85.3 million dollars) out of 2.5 billion hryvnias (88.9 million dollars).
It is also reported that all funds allocated for education were spent in full (1.8 million dollars).
As we reported earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine may allocate 161,6 million dollars to Ukrainian Railways (Ukrzaliznytsia) for the renewal of passenger rolling stock and overall modernization of the infrastructure.
“The allocation of budget funds for the renewal of passenger rolling stock and modernization of the railway infrastructure is being considered as a possibility,” reads the message.
