It is reported that the peak of payments will be in September. During this period, the country has to pay 20.71 billion hryvnias (746 million dollars) on external public debt and 81.4 billion hryvnias (2.9 billion dollars) on external public debt. In June - 59.97 billion hryvnias (2.1 billion dollars) in foreign debt and 17.11 billion (616.3 million dollars) hryvnias in domestic debt. In March - 78 billion hryvnias (2.8 billion dollars) in foreign and domestic debts.
This year, Ukraine has to pay about 1.7 billion dollars to the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
As we reported earlier, the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) is in negotiations with the IMF in terms of the creation of a specialized court for settling the controversies regarding the non-performing loans (NPL).
"We are currently discussing the creation of specialized court or a court chamber that would be considering issues among creditors and borrowers, as well as between investors and those receiving investments," the statement said.
