Raiffeisen Bank Aval will post bail in the amount of 206,976 dollars for the ex-first deputy head of the National Bank of Ukraine Oleksandr Pysaruk. In addition, Pysaruk will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board. This was reported by the bank's press service.
"Oleksandr Pysaruk will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval. We are convinced that all suspicions of misconduct will be cleared of Mr. Pysaruk in the near future and that he always adheres to the highest professional and ethical standards, working as for Raiffeisen Bank Aval, so for the IMF and other international institutions for many years," Martin Grühl, Chairman of the Bank's Supervisory Board, stated.
As we reported earlier, Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine has refused to arrest Oleksandr Pysaruk, the Chairman of the Board of Raiffeisen Bank Aval. This information became public after the court's decision was announced.
The court ordered Pysaruk to put down a deposit in the amount of 206,976 dollars. The Chairman of the Board is obliged to do it within 5 days.
Pysaruk is also obligated to hand in his passport for traveling abroad and to wear an electronic bracelet.
