On the night of November 7, PrivatBank will carry out technological work to update the processing. In this regard, the bank will suspend all remittances, as well as ATMs and terminals, the press service of the company reports.
"On the night of November 6-7, 2021, PrivatBank will update the software of the processing center to ensure uninterrupted operation for our customers. We realize that this is a high season of shopping activity, which begins on Black Friday and ends with Christmas sales around the world, and we want our customers' shopping to be comfortable and enjoyable," the statement reads.
Technological works will be carried out at night from 01:00 to 04:30 in the morning. The following systems will be suspended at this time:
- conducting card transactions;
- work of Privat24 for individuals;
- work of Privat24 for business;
- network of ATMs, self-service terminals and POS-terminal network of the bank.
"Please pay attention to this information and possible inconveniences and, accordingly, plan a vacation or postpone your non-cash purchases in the retail network and the Internet for a few hours," the bank said.
