It was noted that appeals were filed against the decision of the court on the lawsuit of Igor Kolomoysky, former PrivanBank owner, concerning the cancellation of the decision to withdraw insolvent PrivatBank from the market with the state involved.
The bank also filed an appeal against the decision on the lawsuit of former shareholder of the bank of Cyprus company Triantal Investments Ltd. on cancellation of the decision made by National Bank of Ukraine's Commission.
“Considering this, court’s decision have not taken effect and do not have any legal consequences,” the message reads.
Earlier, nationalized PrivatBank filed a lawsuit against its ex-owner Iрor Kolomoysky; it will be considered by the Court of Chancery of Denver, the U.S.
As it was reported earlier, the court merged five Kolomoysky’s lawsuits against Ukraine's National Bank, PrivatBank.
