The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko will deliver a speech during the 47th Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos on the "Going to the East: strengthening the European Neighbourhood". He will also take part in a meeting of world economic leaders on "Responsive and responsible leadership in a multipolar world" and the debate "The new treaty for Europe." It is reported by the press service of the Head of State.

Poroshenko also planned a series of bilateral meetings with heads of states and governments, heads of international organizations, as well as with the presidents of the leading foreign companies and international investors.

The annual session of World Economic Forum will take place in Swiss Davos for the 47th time. The biggest number of delegates – around three thousand - will be staying at famous ski resort on January 17-20. According to the tradition, several tens of Presidents and government heads, international organizations heads and well-known public figures will also be among them. The forum-2017 will be opened by Xi Jinping, the leader of China, who sent the biggest representative delegation to Davos in the history of its participation.
