NAK Naftogaz-Ukraine has announced a tender on the procurement of communications support of the corporation in Europe (particularly in the issue of enforcing the ruling of the Stockholm arbitration court, and countering the construction of the “Nord Stream-2”), the corporation’s press service has informed, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
The value of the tender is estimated at $2.2 million, and bids from potential participants will be accepted until 2 April 2018. The term of service provision is 1 year.
“Participants are expected to demonstrate clear absence of conflict of interest – namely to obstain from providing services to state authorities of the Russian Federation or in the interest of PAO Gazprom for the term of the agreement and for a year after the agreeement has been terminated”, - the message reads.
Naftogaz-Ukraine unites the country’s largest oil and gas mining enterprises. The holding is a monopolist in the area of transit and storage of gas in underground storage facilities, as well as in the transshipment of oil via pipelines through the territory of Ukraine.
