More than 11.9 million of dollars were invested in the production of the cable networks for the cars in Ukraine. The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko reported this at the opening of the Elektrokontact Ukraine enterprise in Lviv region that was broadcasted by 112 Ukraine.
‘The investor allocated more than 11.9 million of dollars only in this production, only in the facilities. But there is one more huge and important characteristic because this production was made by the Ukrainian builders, the investors pay to the Ukrainian workers, they pay taxes in the Ukrainian budget but the level of quality is international. It is one more proof how the country changes. It is very important that it happens on the back of the essential changes of the state’, he said.
The Elektrokontact Ukraine enterprise is the sub-company of the German Elektrokontact GmbH Company that is owned by French Nexans Company. The enterprise produces the cable networks for the cars. The Elektrokontact Ukraine was found in 2007 in Peremyshlyany, Lviv Region.
Earlier Petro Poroshenko took part in the opening of a school in Lviv Region where he offered Lviv pupils to visit Donbas that will further the unity of Ukraine.
