Meyer Bergman to sell Aladdin mall in Kyiv

The international investment fund Meyer Bergman is selling the Aladdin mall in Kyiv, the press service of Cushman & Wakefield, the company brokering the sale, has informed, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

Meyer Bergman has owned the Aladdin shopping mall since 2008.

"The facility offers strong opportunity for increased efficiency in asset management thanks to a number of internal and external factors. Among those factors – the overall recovery of the Ukrainian economy, growth in retail trade turnover, lower interest rates, as well as the adaptation of the premises to optimization plans”, - the message published by the press service reads, quoting the head of the capital markets department at Cushman & Wakefied Ukraine Volodymyr Mysak.

The Aladdin mall is located at 3a vul. Gryshko in the Darnytsky borough of Kyiv. According to the data from Cushman & Wakefield, its total trade area exceeds 10.6 thousand m2, with over 120 stores occupying that space.

The combined primary and secondary areas of scope stand at 300,000 people. Some 3.9 million shoppers visit the Aladdin shopping mall every year.
