"Among other things, the defendants must repay the bank's expenses for last year's hearing of Judge Fancourt and the expenses for the appeal. Although it will take some time for the defendants to pay 4.3 million dollars before November 12," the message to "PrivatBank" states.
As we reported earlier, State-owned PrivatBank won in the Court of Appeal on the jurisdiction claim against the former owners of the bank Ihor Kolomoysky and Gennady Bogolyubov. This was reported by the bank's press service.
