Law No. 2629-VII on Ukraine’s 2019 state budget comes into force.
The budget foresees the incomes at the rate of approximately 36 billion U.S. dollars, including incomes of the general fund - 33,1 billion U.S. dollars and incomes of the special fund - 3,4 billion U.S. dollars
The budget also provides the expenses in the amount of almost 39 billion U.S. dollars, including the expenses of the general fund – 39,7 billion U.S. dollars and the expenses of the special fund amounting 3,8 billion U.S. dollars.
The law provides the recovery of loans to the state budget in the sum of 347 million U.S. dollars, including loans recovery to the general fund – 297,2 million U.S. dollars and to the special fund – 50,2 million U.S. dollars.
The Government plans to provide loans from the state budget in the amount of 489,9 million U.S. dollars, including from the general fund – 24,2 million U.S. dollars and from the special fund – 478,2 million U.S. dollars.
The top deficit of the state budget remains on the level of 3,17 billion U.S. dollars, including from the general fund in the amount of 2,4 billion U.S. dollars and special fund – 72,7 million U.S. dollars.
As of December 31, 2019, the maximum volume of the state debt is to make 92 billion U.S. dollars.
The minimum salary made UAH 4,173 (USD 149).
The cost of living (as of January 1, 2019) made UAH 1,853 (USD 66). In December 2019, the sum is to make UAH 2,027 (USD 72.39).
As it was reported, the Ukrainian Parliament passed the law about the state budget for the next year (bill No.9000). 239 MPs voted 'yes' in the second reading, 240 upheld it on the whole. The final voting took place in the early morning of Friday, November 23. The President of Ukraine signed the law on December 7.
