The Ukrainian parliament does not necessarily need to approve the legal framework regarding the land reform in order to get one another EFF loan from the International Monetary Fund. UNN news agency reported that with a reference to a source in the IMF.
‘The IMF will not insist on approving the land reform to allocate the next tranche,’ the source said.
Previously, Ukraine’s Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said he would negotiate with the Fund about an opportunity to remove the land reform from the list of conditions necessary to assign the next loan for Ukraine.
The government expects to get almost 2 billion of dollars in loan from the Fund this autumn.
