In June, Ukraine starts small privatization with the help of ProZorro system. This was reported by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman, the press service of the Cabinet informs.
According to the head of government, this time will be privatized small assets which do not represent strategic importance for the country's economy.
He added that large and important assets will be retained in state property.
The same ones, where you can attract capital to upgrade technology and multiply jobs, will be consulted with the help of well-known world advisers.
Law No. 2269-VIII "On the privatization of state and municipal property" came into force in March 2018. In May, the list of objects of "big privatization" consisting of 26 enterprises was also approved.
Earlier Ukraine’s Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman had a telephone conversation with his Polish colleague Mateusz Morawiecki. They discussed the key aspects of the bilateral cooperation. Groysman wrote this on Facebook.
They discussed aspects of the enhancement of cooperation in the economic field and the search of ways of existing problems solutions, which would suit both sides.
“I thanked the Polish government for the solid support of Ukraine in the counterwork against the implementation of Russian energy project North Stream – 2. He invited his colleague to Ukraine and offered to continue a tight intergovernmental dialogue,” Groysman said.
