987 million hryvnias (35,4 million dollars) were attracted to Ukraine’s state budget for the placement of domestic government bonds, the press service of the Ministry of Finance reports.
"329 million hryvnias (11,8 million dollars) were attracted to the state budget from the placement of one-year hryvnia securities, and 658 million hryvnias (23,6 million dollars) from three-year securities," the statement said.
It is noted that the Ministry of Finance offered investors two issues of securities in the national currency with a maturity of one and three years at the IGLBs auctions.
The weighted average yield of one-year IGLBs was 9.28%, and of three-year securities - 10.46%.
As we reported earlier, on September 1, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine repaid the second series of Eurobonds issued in 2015 during the restructuring.
"The total amount of payment was more than two billion dollars, including 1.69 billion dollars of Eurobonds repayments and 0.40 billion dollars of interest payments on Eurobonds maturing in 2020-2027," reads the message.
