The draft State Budget-2022 approved by the Cabinet of Ministers for the second reading was submitted to the Verkhovna Rada. This is mentioned on the parliament's website.

Revenues of the draft state budget for 2022 are expected (without transfers) to be 48 billion USD in total, including income of the general fund (43 billion USD) and income of the special fund (5 billion USD), and is proposed to increase by 2 million USD compared to the first reading, including by 1.8 billion USD in the general fund and by 172.5 million USD in the special fund.

Expenses and loans in the second reading of the bill are increased by 2 billion USD compared to the first reading and make up 56 billion USD, including general fund expenses (49.6 billion USD) and expenses of the special fund (6.2 billion USD).

The amount of public debt service payments for 2022 has been reduced by $52.5 million USD, in particular by reducing the amount of payments for public domestic debt. The bill provides funds for budget program number 3511500 "Payments on government derivatives" in the amount $52.5 million USD.

Resource of local budgets is increased by 1.6 billion USD.

Parliamentarians plan to approve the State budget for 2022 on December 2.
