Bill on Ukraine's state budget for 2019 passed to President

The bill on 2019 state budget No. 9000 was passed to the President Petro Poroshenko for signing.  The bill card contains this information.

As it was reported, the Verkhovna Rada passed the law about the state budget for the next year (bill No.9000). 239 MPs voted 'for' in the second reading, 240 upheld it on the whole.

The budget foresees the incomes at a rate of approximately 36 billion U.S. dollars; the expenses are expected in the amount of almost 39 billion USD.

The top deficit of the state budget remains at the level of 3.17 billion USD.

As of December 31, 2019, the maximum volume of the state debt is to make 92 billion USD. 

The minimum salary made UAH 4,173 (149 USD).

The cost of living (as of January 1, 2019) made UAH 1,853 (66 USD). In December 2019, the sum is to make UAH 2,027 (72.39 USD).

The law will take effect on January 1, 2019, but not until officially published in the parliamentary outlet.
