The reason for the suspension is supplies of oil of poor quality from the Russian Federation.
“The export of light fuel products, petroleum a diesel oil is suspended to Ukraine, Baltics, and Poland. Currently, the contract commitments are suspended until the moment of the solution to an issue with the Russian oil,” Gryb said.
It is also noted export cut down was decided in favor of internal markets.
Gryb also stressed that Belarus is working in order not to get sanctions imposed in the frameworks of the contracts for suspending light fuel products export.
It is also reported that rapid deterioration of the quality of the Urals export blend from Russia, the costly equipment at the Mozyrsky Oil Processing Plant.
As it was reported earlier, the Russian Federation places a ban for export of petroleum and petroleum products, including coal, petroleum, and petroleum products to Ukraine.
