Belarus continues to supply electricity to Ukraine under a contract signed in November, Belenergo reports.

Exports are carried out in accordance with the obligations specified in the contract.

"A letter from Belenergo on changing the terms of cooperation was sent to specific companies that are not scheduled to supply electricity in November 2021," the company explained.

As it was reported, on November 8, Belarus claimed that it's not going to supply electricity to Ukraine based on the previously signed framework contracts. Olga Kosharna, the Ukrainian expert in energy issues and the member of State Inspection for Nuclear Regulation of Ukraine posted the relevant document.

On November 6, Belarus resumed commercial electricity supplies to Ukraine. The deliveries will be carried out according to an even schedule from 00:00 to 23:00 on November 6 without interruptions. Their capacity will be 5 MW during the day.

Additional electricity supplies to Ukraine from Belarus are scheduled for November 7.
