The EIB, European Investment Bank, has allocated the first loan worth of 30 million Euros to assist Ukraine in restoring the badly damaged or even completely destryed infrastructure of Donbas. Hennadiy Zubko, Ukraine’s Minister for Regional Development, Housing and Utilities said this to reporters on Tuesday.
‘The EIB assigned 30 million Euros to restore the infrastructure of Donbas. The costs will go to restore residential quarters, hostels and dormitories in Donetsk and Luhansk regions’, Zubko stressed.
