Energy Minister: With energy efficiency programs, Ukraine can meet the national gas consumption demands
15:30, 12 May 2016

“We’ve got quite ambitious plans; in four years, we will not need importing gas – neither from the EU, nor from Russia. We take two ways of doing things in this area: the first one is increasing hydrocarbon extraction, and the second one is energy efficiency. 3-4 years would be enough to fully meet our own needs in terms of gas consumption”, Ukraine’s Energy Minister Ihor Nasalyk said in the commentary to 112 Ukraine TV channel
