Countries beyond the Organization of Exporting Countries OPEC agreed to cut production by more than 600 000 barrels per day. This is with reference to a delegate at the meeting reports Bloomberg.

"Russia and other countries outside the OPEC pledged to limit oil production in the next year more than 600 thousand barrels per day at a meeting in Vienna on Saturday, joined forces with OPEC to put an end to a global oversupply." - Said in a message referring to delegate.

The agreement is the first such document between the two parties over the past 15 years and has been achieved through two weeks after OPEC agreed to cut its own production by 1.2 million barrels per day, the delegate added.
