The Eurovision’s two semifinals and the final were viewed by 204 million viewers, which is 5 million more compared to that of the previous year.

Residents of Iceland made the largest share (95.3 percent) of the TV audience of all 43 countries that participated in the contest.

1.5 million viewers in Ukraine watched the final of the contest. As is known, the winner of this year’s contest is Jamala, Ukraine’s singer of Crimean Tatar origin.
