President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky went to Canada with a three-day working visit; it is to last from July 1 to July 3. The president's press office reported this Monday.
"The head of the state will participate in the International conference for the support of reforms in Ukraine, which is hosted in Toronto, the capital of Canada", reads the message.
During the visit, Zelensky is to meet with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Foreign Minister Christine Freeland, members of Canadian Parliament and business representatives. The president is also supposed to meet with Canada's Ukrainian community.
The head of the Ukrainian state congratulated Canadians on the national holiday, the Canada Day, and thanked this country's government for support of Ukraine.
