Donetsk regional military and civil administration received from the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination the information on security guarantees from the Russian side to liquidate the aftermath of the shelling in Avdiivka. Pavlo Zhebrivskyi, the Head of the Donetsk regional military and civil administration reported that on his Facebook page.

“At the morning coordinative meeting the written cease fire guarantee from the Russian side was reported to come. The cease fire starts at 10:00 and ends at 17:00. Maintenance teams are getting to work,” he noted.

According to Zhebrivskyi, the consequence management command unit is expecting the OSCE monitoring mission to arrive in Avdiivka.

As it was reported earlier, the state of emergency was declared in Avdiivka due to the aggravation of situation.
