According to the updated information, as a result of the explosions at the Ministry of Defense artillery depots near Balakliya, Kharkiv region, one person was injured. This was reported by the press service of the National Police in Kharkiv region.

"A 54-year-old woman with a shrapnel wound in the temple was taken to a local hospital," the report says.

The police recalled that as a result of explosions in ammunition depots in Balakliya  evacuation of citizens is taking place. "The evacuation zone has been enlarged to 10 kilometers, law enforcers provide the necessary assistance in the evacuation of people. At present, more than 100 citizens are being evacuated with the help of law enforcement officers," the report says.

According to law enforcers, it is primarily old people, patients with illnesses and others who need special help.
