Water supply system fails in occupied part of Luhansk region

There are consequences of the emergency at the water supply infrastructure in Luhansk region; that is why the water supply ceased in the area. Ukraine's Ministry for temporarily occupied territories posted that on Twitter.

'The water supply system failure, which caused the system to cease to function on April 17, is not fixed yet. The emergency occurred in the area, which is beyond the control of the Ukrainian government. The examination of that part of the pipeline cannot be performed for now', the Ministry reported.

Earlier, Oleksandr Evdokimov, the acting Director of 'Donbas Water' claimed that the convoy of the working shift of the Donetsk water filtration station moved to the station and came under attack. 

'It was a day shift of the workers of the filtration station. They moved in the working bus and were shelled. Five of them are wounded, one of them is in serious condition', Evdokimov noted. He added that the wounded are in the hospital in Yasynuvata. They have gunshot wounds.
