The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine intends to implement the accreditation of the volunteers in the zone of the Joint Forces operation (JFO). Oleksy Nozdrachev, the Head of the Civilian-Military Cooperation Department of the Ukrainian Armed Forces claimed this as Holos Ukrayiny reported.
At the moment, the project "Instruction for the accreditation of the volunteer activity in the zones of the implementation of the measures on the provision of the national security and defense, resistance and deterrence of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in Donetsk and Luhansk regions" is worked out. The command of the operation plans to adopt it after the public discussion.
"This draft document defines the order of the organization of the accreditation, access (pass) of the volunteers during the provision of the volunteering support to the Armed Forces and other law enforcement and state structures involved in the JFO at the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions," he reported.
The General Staff plans to put the volunteering in the legal field by the proper instruction and create the mechanisms of the volunteers' protection (in the form of "the service" in Donetsk and Luhansk regions" and help the volunteers with the count and control over the expensive property they supply to the army, according to their will.
To get the accreditation, the volunteers who want to work in the zone of the combat actions will be obliged to provide the personal data to the Command of the JFO and pass the check. At the same time, in the case of the illegal pass of the information about the positions of the Armed Forces to the enemy or unworthy behavior in the JFO zone, the volunteer will be deprived of the accreditation.
Moreover, it is noted that the action of the accreditation and the pass to the JFO zone can be stopped due to the escalation of the situation in the zone of the visit, holding of the events on the preparation or holding of the restriction regime for the movement of the civilians.
