'Vodafone-Ukraine' Company restored the communication at the territory of occupied Luhansk as Viktoria Ruban, Head of Operator Department for Public Relations of 'Vodafone' claimed this to Ukrainian News.

'The repair works are finished. The communication is restored in Luhansk region while there is no signal in Donetsk. The reason is not established', she reported.

The representative of Vodafone suggests that the reason is the possible stop of the energy supply or lay-up of the equipment.

The information sources of the militants of the Luhansk People's Republic confirm the information on the restoration of the communication.

Earlier the 'Vodafone-Ukraine' claimed to Ukrayinska Pravda that it will finish the repair works on January 19.

It was also reported on the bad weather conditions, absent of access to the place of the emergency that interfere to repair the cable. The representative of the company also claimed that the sides of the conflict failed to provide the ceasefire regime at the moment of the repair works.

The problems with the mobile network were first reported in the afternoon of January 11; militants of the so-called DPR said it was due to a sabotage act committed by Ukrainian troops. As of Monday morning, the communication in Talove is still down.'
