UN Refugee Agency sends 104 tons of humanitarian aid to Donbas

A convoy of trucks with humanitarian cargo arrived in the occupied Donbas. Seven trucks from UN Refugee Agency proceeded across Novotroitske checkpoint, Ukraine's State Border Guard reports.

"Building materials and medical supplies were sent for the residents of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Seven trucks carried the total amount of 104 tons of humanitarian aid", reads the message.

The State Border Guard admitted that all checkpoints work as scheduled.

Previously, July 18, the Red Cross sent over 90 tons of aid to Donbas. “Five trucks with humanitarian aid (medical equipment, hygiene items, and food packs) from the International Committee of Red Cross passed through Novotroitske checkpoint,” the message said.
