Company lost control over telecommunication network

Ukrtelecom JSC ceased work in the occupied parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions due to loss of control over telecommunication network, according to the message published on the website of the company.

"Telephone and internet service is not provided in the uncontrolled territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions due to the loss of control over telecommunications network," the message reads.

As it was reported earlier, Ukrtelecom made announcement on March 1 that it stops providing services on the uncontrolled territories of Donetsk region due to the interference of unknown people in the work of the company and office seizure by armed groups.
