Oleksandr Horbenko, a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, died in hospital after being wounded in the July 15 shelling. This was announced by the adviser to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration Tetyana Guba on Facebook page.
The deceased came from Dnipropetrovsk region. He was 29 years old.
On July 15, at approximately 9:30 p.m., during enemy fire, a man received 80% body burns. Doctors of the burn center of the Kharkiv ambulance hospital fought for his life.
As we reported earlier, on Friday, July 15, OSCE SMM observed 210 violations of "ceasefire" in Donbas combat area. This is mentioned in the daily report released by the Mission.
115 cases occurred in Donetsk region. That included three explosions of uncertain origin. Most of the violations took place near Svitlodarsk and Mayorske.
In Luhansk region, the SMM reported 95 violations of ceasefire mode, including 15 explisions. Most of the ceasefire violations occurred not far from Zolote.
