Ukrainian soldier from Lviv region Volodymyr Luzhetsky died in Donbas on Tuesday. This was reported by the press service of the Regional State Administration.

Volodymyr Luzhetsky born in the village of Verkhniy Luzhok in Lviv region in 1995.

The administration has not been reported other details.

Earlier today, the Ministry of Defense reported that on July 10 there were no losses in the ranks of the Ukrainian army, and yesterday one soldier was wounded.

As it was reported earlier, on Sunday, July 8, Russian mercenaries opened fire on Ukrainian army emplacements 21 times. It was mostly quiet in Luhansk region, except for an attack near Popasna; in Donetsk region, however, the enemy used RPGs, large-caliber machineguns and small arms to attack Avdiivka, Mariinka, Vodyane, Shyrokyne, Lebedynske, Pavlopol and Talakivka.

A Ukrainian serviceman sustained a combat wound during the fight near Pivdenne, Donetsk region; two militants were wounded as well, the Ukrainian military intelligence says.

It is noteworthy that US Special Envoy to Ukraine Kurt Volker said Tuesday that Ukraine had the right to open fire on its territory. He noted this in the interview commenting on the OSCE SMM reports stating that both militants and Ukrainian Armed Forces were shelling in Donbas conflict area.
