The Ukrainian side of the Joint Center on Control and Coordination (JCCC) in Donbas reported on violations of the ceasefire regime by militants and appealed to OSCE SMM representatives for recording the shelling. The Joint Forces Operation HQ reported this on Facebook page.

“The Ukrainian side of the JCCC calls on the OSCE SMM representatives to record the facts of gross violations of the “silence regime” by the armed forces of the Russian Federation,” the statement reads.

In particular, on October 30, militants shelled 7 times using 120 and 82-mm mortars forbidden Minsk agreements. Militants fired 8 mines from 120-mm mortars and 39 mines from 82-mm caliber mortars.
