Athletes performing for Ukraine’s national Olympic team will be able to get 40 licenses in eleven kinds of sport before the Winter Olympic Games in Pyeongchang, slated for the next year. Vyacheslav Kyrylenko, Ukraine’s Vice Premier for Humanitarian Issues tweeted this on Tuesday, after he chaired the session of the organization committee, which is responsible for preparations to the next year’s Games.

‘I just led the session of the Organizing Committee. We plan to issue 40 licenses in eleven sports for the Olympics in Pyeongchang,’ he posted at Twitter.

The next Winter Olympics will be taking place in Pyeongchang, South Korea, in February 2018.
