The Headquarters of the Ukrainian Army claimed that about 200 Russian officers arrived in occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions as the press service of the HQ reported.

‘Recently the Kremlin handlers sent the unusual humanitarian convoy with about 200 senior officers to the occupied part of Donbas to not lose the control over it and illegal armed formations. According to the intelligence service of the Ukrainian Army HQ, it is, possibly, the representatives of the regular armed forces of Russia who were placed at the proving ground ‘Shidny’ near Manuilivka, Donetsk region’, the HQ claimed.

Also, it is noted that the Russians will replace their colleagues in the military detachments of the militants after the arrival.

Earlier we reported that Russia sent another so-called "humanitarian convoy" to the Donbas territory occupied by the pro-Russian militants. The trunks carry more than 430 tons of cargo, among which "mainly children's food sets and medical equipment.
