“Currently, we don’t see any attack groups at any particular direction. However, military vehicles and hardware are being deployed, of course, since part of the Ukraine-Russia border is out of control, and both the Russian side and the militants boycott the access of the OSCE monitors”, Muzhenko said as quoted by Ukrinform.
