Ukraine would like to conduct a mutual release of detainees (in "all for all" format) with the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions by December 15, 2020. This was announced by the Head of the Ukrainian delegation to the Trilateral Contact Group, ex-President of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk in a comment to Interfax-Ukraine.

"Ukraine will be insisting that full and unconditional access of all organizations, including the International Committee of the Red Cross, to all detainees is provided immediately. Ukraine would like this to be done by mid-November 2020 and the final mutual release of detainees in ‘all for all’ format should take place no later than December 15, 2020," Kravchuk said.

As we reported earlier, the Ukrainian side has prepared the Joint Action Plan for the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) that contains a proposal on the full and complete cessation of the conflict in Donbas and the demilitarization of certain districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions in early 2021.

"That is, the security component becomes the main determinant in order to move forward," the statement said.
