Ukraine will complement the claim in the International Court of Justice (Netherlands) against the Russian Federation on the facts of human rights violations that are taking place right now in Avdiivka. Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said this during the briefing, which was broadcast by 112 Ukraine TV Channel.

"Not letting people repair infrastructure is a war crime. Enemy consciously condemns thousands of people not to receive heat in winter. We will supplement our claim by the facts that we have, alas, to witness”, he said.

Klimkin said that Ukraine appealed to all its allies and partners. "Today we put the situation in Avdiivka to the UN Security Council", he added.
