Talks are the only way for Ukraine to finish the ongoing armed conflict in Donbas. But Russia-backed armed occupants are not the ones to talk to; it's the Kremlin that makes decisions. Dmytro Razumkov, the Head of Servant of the People party said so on air at ICTV channel.

"The dialogue must be held with those actually making decisions. I'm sure that today, the representatives of so-called DNR and LNR are absolutely dependable", he said.

According to Razumkov, there are no military options to end this war. The politician insists that the negotiations to settle the conflict should be taking place on several levels, including the Minsk and the Normandy format, as well as the extended Normandy format offered by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky

"Today, we put in maximum effort to involve the U.S. and Great Britain in this process. I think it will give a certain impetus for the development of the situation in a positive way", he said.
