Ukraine's Ministry for Reintegration of Occupied Territories plans to open a service center at Novotroitske (Donetsk region) entry-exit checkpoint.
"In mid-February, the Ministry (...) plans to open multifunctional service center at Novotroitske entry-exit checkpoint", reads the message.
The service center in this area will be working for the same purpose as the one in Schastya, Luhansk region.
Citizens who reside on both sides of the contact line will be able to get a full range of social and administrative services, as well as legal assistance. Among the social programs available, there is also a medical one called "Affordable medications". A post office, a bank, a mother-and-child room are available, too.
