Ukraine proposed to develop a Joint Action Plan on Donbas during a meeting of the Tripartite Contact Group (TCG). This is stated in the message of the Ukrainian delegation on Telegram.

During the meeting of the political subgroup, its coordinator, Ambassador P. Morel, presented his analysis of the proposals of the Ukrainian and Russian sides on further steps to resolve the conflict (Ukrainian "Joint Action Plan" and the Russian side's comments). The Ukrainian delegation proposed to develop a single draft document that would include proposals from both sides and the OSCE moderator. The issues discussed today will be the subject of further consideration during the general meeting of the TCG on January 21," reads the message.
