The Ukrainian side at the Trilateral Contact Group in Minsk expressed the hope that the investigation of the MH17 crash will be finished and the guilty will be brought to the responsibility. The speaker of the representative of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma Darka Olifer reported this at Facebook.

The tragic incident took place in the skies over the militant-occupied area of Donbas, eastern Ukraine; the civilian aircraft, Boeing 777 of Malaysian Airlines was on its way from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur when an anti-aircraft missile hit the plane, killing everyone aboard. 298 people – passengers and crew members – lost their lives in the explosion.

The airliner of the MH17 flight was shot down by a 9M38 rocket launched from "Buk"  self-propelled gun from an agricultural field near the village of Pervomaiske. At that time, the region was under the control of pro-Russian separatists.

Bellingcat International investigative group has made public a new report on the person who, according to the provided data, was responsible for transporting Buk system to Donetsk region, which was allegedly used to shoot down Malaysian Boeing MH17.
