Kyiv's representatives have cancelled agreements about sharing information on the wanted individuals with the so-called Luhansk People's Republic (LNR). This resulted in a delay of possible prisoners exchange for an unknown period of time.
RIA Novosti agency reported that, quoting Olga Kobtseva, the leader of LNR workgroup for exchange of prisoners.
She specified that the OSCE humanitarian group coorinator Tony Frisch offered to determine information on the wanted persons by four categories, and specified the date and time of sharing information about these people.
According to Kobtseva, in his turn, Oleksiy Reznikov, First Deputy Head of Ukraine's delegation in Minsk trilateral contact group annulled the agreements about sharing information on the wanted individuals.
"It was Ukraine that made up two extra categories, and it was Ukraine that annulled the very option to share information on the wanted people, and the release of people once again delayed for some uncertain period", Kobtseva said.
