Ukraine begins new talks with Donbas militants on prisoner's exchange

New negotiations on the exchange of the prisoners began between Ukraine and pro-Russian militants that confirmed the location of 20 Ukrainians. Iryna Lutsenko, the representative of the president in the parliament claimed this as 112 Ukraine reported.

'The talks are held and I cannot say that we will exchange 93 people, at least 23-25 people are confirmed by the militants and they are ready for the exchange. Earlier, President Poroshenko specified that not a single citizen of Russian Federation was extradited during the exchange of prisoners with the "authorities" of Donbas occupied territories.

Iryna Gerashchenko reported that 73 Ukrainians were released during the prisoners' exchange.
