The Ukrainian side announced the demand for the security guarantees to repair 17 objects for the restoration of the mobile connection in occupied Donbas at the meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group. The problems with the mobile network were first reported in the afternoon of January 11; militants of the so-called DPR said it was due to a sabotage act committed by Ukrainian troops. As of Monday morning, the communication in Talove is still down.'
