U.K. Secretary of State for Defense Gavin Williamson visited the zone of the holding of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) as the headquarters of the operation reported on Facebook.

The British delegation also visited Kramatorsk and met Lieutenant-General Serhiy Nayev, the Commander of the Joint Forces Operation.

Later the commander informed Williamson on the situation at the activity lane of one of the brigades during the work on the ground.

Particularly, Williamson visited the frontline of defense where he communicated with the JFO soldiers.

Then the commander informed the British partners on the work of checkpoints at the demarcation line.

Earlier Williamson claimed that Great Britain will leave its servicemen on the territory of Germany because of Russian aggression. According to the statement of the head of the Ministry of Defense, the United Kingdom postponed plans to withdraw the military from Germany until 2020. Currently, in Germany there are more than 200 British soldiers and 400 members of their families.
